Payment and Gratuities ... You may charge all extra ranch activities to your account for payment at the end of your visit if you wish. Applicable sales tax and a 15% service charge on extra cost items only will be added to you bill. Local telephone calls are free. All long distance calls are made with your credit card - no surcharge or for free via the Internet on the ranches computer systems for guest communications (your calls out via Internet must be able to be received via computer on the other end). At the end of your stay, payment may be made by personal check, travelers check, American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover for any unpaid charges. Gratuities are given by our guests as they may deem appropriate. Recommended gratuities are a total of $11.00 per guest person daily and will be equally and immediately distributed to all employees or as you may designate. |

All reservations must be guaranteed with the first night's deposit. |

We request a minimum 14-day cancellation notice, and a 21-day notice for holidays. For group reservations of 4 or more, cancellations must be made 60 days prior to arrival. Some exceptions may apply. Please call for more specific group information as group engagements are subject to negotiation and change depending on any special group requirements. |
