Incidental Extras will include any customized orders for specialized services not on the menu system provided on the web site or in our brochures regarding personalized accommodations, the meal portion of guest plan, and 15% service charge. |

Reservations must be made 21 days in advance and are confirmed upon receipt of 1/2 total amount due. The deposit must be received within 14 days of making your reservation. The balance of the plan package is required at least 90 days prior to your arrival and before May 1st. Upon our booking of your commitment to obtain these rarified and highly specialized services, reservations may not be cancelled by either party and your deposit will not be able to be refunded due to the demanding and very specialized nature of acquiring and provisioning these unique services, to you and your guests. |
You may pay with your credit card, to assure immediate confirmation. After the reservation is made and booked, due to the highly specialized requirements to insure your adventure is optimized, all deposits paid are non-refundable; travel insurance is suggested to provide a refund on covered claims, such as illness, travel interruption or natural disasters. In the event of a cancellation, we will hold your reservation for 1 year for you to utilize. |
