III. Desire Freewill.  Is this not an entirely new experience for all to enjoy where no separation between the rich and the poor; when it comes to H20, they are all just people who need more?  Indeed this that we have endeavored is a universal application!  And that which without, we have no water, air or trees left enough to survive!  Thus, we engage our free wills to make it so and reverse the flow of entropy caused by negative feeder units; replaced with the power of positive, sustainable organized, systemic dynamic energy (H20) and watch the Rivers flow! 

Our free will chooses to put the bio-mass back together, capture the water flow, fill up the Rivers and stop the down ward negative spiral as a result of bad policy that has resulted in, as just a for instance, the killing of healthy, steady flows of the Rivers in Arizona.  We choose to reverse this by challenging the current illogical ‘Arrogance of Big’ business and political interests to reform their manner of approach or forever lose face.  “Subtle energy is powerful and the most powerful energy is subtle.”  Join the winning team; humble thou “Arrogance of Big” and focus on the “Dynamic$ of Flow!”.  We make it so irresistibly effectively, desirably so; that everyone can watch the Rivers flow$.  Like a gentle cool breeze across the desert heat, the sophisticated cool of moving blue water across the desert floor is as powerful as any human being or “big business” ever thought of being.  Subtle power, endless beauty, sustenance for all life, bringing peace to the human soul and refuge to the animals all round, the Rivers are an essential aspect of everyone’s’  lives. 

Therefore, killing our Rivers anywhere, with the not so subtle, dysfunctional debilitative ‘economic or political policy’, from those who sit in some ‘ivory tower or political office’, or even by those who do so ignorantly (profuse well drillers) without cause of appropriate thinking, is criminal; period.  Our free will desires to eliminate these issues by delivering the only real and viably resilient solutions, for all.  We choose to shift our focus on that which is universally desired rather than on anything negative that is focused upon us.  The Spirit, the Desire and the Freewill of Koots Nawoo returns!

And 02!;  a bio-mass energy-air-sphere-system which reaches all people across the ground, through the water, into the trees and through out the air and into the very depths of the soul of humanity itself for planetary revitalization and realization!
