Now, Adjust? Well, that’s real. …forget about calling it the Pacific Century and call it something like ‘The Century of Continuous Adjustments’, or ‘The Century of Global Metamorphosis’, or maybe ‘The Century of Lawlessness’. But let us not, in a fit of despair, deceive ourselves into thinking that this Crisis of Change is synonymous with absolute chaos. We are the apprentice architects of this crisis and the engineers of the future.” |

Chapter Seven - Unwind the Dilemmas and Engage the Solutions! Paradigm-Shift Realization Quote: “…”When human movement and cultural diffusion were impeded by water, deserts, mountains, and jungles the pace of change was regulated by the natural environment. But humans are ‘godseekers’. In the process of ‘godseeking’ we look both within and without; striving to demonstrate through our own genius and creativity that the object of our seeking indeed exists. We also look for evidence in the outer circumstances of our lives that our seeking is not in vain. This ‘godseeking’ is experienced as a longing for mastery (of something, anything) and a belief in perfection (whether or not we believe in our own capacity to attain it). This ‘godseeking’ is also an important part of the motivation for and design of Sustainable Organizational Systems. There is an energizing energy even in failing at perfection. This energy is the Life Force that is potentiated by longing for mastery and believing in perfection. This Life Force motivated humans to overcome the natural environmental regulators of change.

And so because our water, air, tree systems and jungles have been threatened by the Western worlds’ relentless need to extract, control and hoard the planets’ resources, it makes sense to say, at this point in mankind’s’ history, that unless the “euro-centric’ dialogue harkens the importance of a serious dialogue with the ‘indigenous-centric’ view, the planet and its inhabitants as we have come to endear this blue, green and white orb we call ‘home’, are destined for continued, advancing and ruthless degradation of the conditions of Life on Planet Earth. Along with this degradation, the culture of Earths’ populations, in their right to freedom to exercise free will as individuals will continue to be compromised, causing more chaos and unrest in the world. These problematic premises precipitate a host of organizational dilemmas; |

1. The Growth Dilemma – Unless we continue to grow economically, unemployment and alienation will rise to intolerable and explosive levels. But, the environmental cost of continued technological growth along our present course are unacceptably high and will illicit the wrath of the “Spiritual Forces”. REALife™ ANSWERS: The solution to this “Growth Dilemma” is found in the application of the curriculums and land based M3Qspace™_E3™ (M3_quantum_space_ever-more-equity-enhancement) certification programs of the Outdoor University Reforestation and examples and your participation in these programs may be manifested through OUR™-NAREXS™ at TheWoodShedAZ!™ in the ongoing continuum. |
2. The Control Dilemma – Unless we exercise control over the direction and rate of technological development we are at increasing risk of significantly altering the global ecosystem and the nature of life on this planet. |
