This location after a thousand years of “silence”, has already “gone broadband”. The vision: Install an “intentional-energy and cyber-village” with 40 to 60 opulent suites, set within beautiful rough hewn dimensional timber lodging and ancient geomantic and desert dome spaces; Equip the spaces with on-demand Internet; satellite com; Wireless Voice over Internet Phone (W-VOIP) emergence of powerful wireless video broadband connections – perfect for the well connected professional in search of the ultimate get away where other professionals are touring and culture (way of life) and hospitality has evolved. Innovate fabulous new cross-cultural and educational programming for public access. To objectively ‘arrive’ at the finest period of time in history, that modern man can muster, despite the chaos and calamity of this ‘modern’ age. |
“We can get a years work done here in the space of two to three months”, says Gregg Scott, a veteran alchemist, super-producer and digital architect, who purchased his share of this unique “intentional-energy-village” development with investments that he has made into both the intellectual capital and the explorative work, to create this development. Gregg brought 17 years of experiences toward accomplishing this installation to the partners and purchasers of key club memberships and delivered the research, collateral media and documentation to do it. Gregg decided to operate a facet of the media and communications business he founded and a part of his and affiliate partners’ property development business from this remote site high desert region after traveling around the United States scouting for different locations. He has selected other similar locations in alpine mountain and remote beach site terrains for the group to develop at least two more locations like this one and interlink them, as one multi-site ‘Gemstone tri-fecta’, destination retreat, creating an eco-commerce, travel, tourism and hospitality corridor. “The peaceful environment lends itself to working, “ says Gregg. “And when you take a breather, you find yourself walking or taking “safari” on the routes that ancient Anasazi walked or rode their horses more than, a thousand years ago. The whole area is simply pure mystique and enchantment.” |

TheWoodShedAZ!™ DesertMastersLodge™ is an extraordinary experiment in technology led architectural design and experimentation, largely by virtue of its fusion of old and new, community and productivity. Around the property there is evidence of ancient tribal Indian ruins. They are barely visible. “It took some creativity to imagine what it was like then, under such deep desert sand, but we found places and spaces where we know the Indians would sit and watch the white tailed deer or the desert hare run and we sat down and said, ‘Thank-you God.’ |
The partnership between major arts-media and technology as intellectual capital, investment money, indigenous local culture and the land itself is unique and uplifting. The individuals working on this platform in the desert are populating the development with a growing number of gifted individualists who are designing the transformation of the landscape into a veritable futurists’ paradise in many areas of energy production, food fuel production and communications work. The group is also working to acquire more land and interest in the transformation of the culture in this area from a typical rural agrarian low energy populace to a high energy Mecca for new innovation and creativity. The group is sharing its vision with local professional people and trades people who are interested in such things. They are working with major technology companies to sponsor the “wired world of communications solutions” into the site in exchange for “good PR”. They are working with various venerable architects known the world over for their unique visionary abilities who have experience in the revitalization of ancient villages and small cities in the Euro sector. |
