Go straight through winding Juniper trees for another mile and you will come to a Y in the road. |
| - |
You will take the left of this Y in the road and then wind around for about ½ mile until you come to a large barn and paddocks area. |
| - |
Go left here and continue about 100 yards and take your first right; it is about a 90 degree turn. |
| - |
Go another 200 yards or so and you will see Merriam Crater as you rise to the top of this hill area and look to your right. There you will see the Timber lodge and a Tipi on the rise. You have arrived. Check in at the lodge and if you are camping, arrange for your campsite. The guides there and management will give you a tour of the area and give you your privileges passes, etc. |
