WALNUT CANYON ADVENTURE
You visit this Native American Canyon Village site. Your trip includes round trip to and from this ancient Native American Cliff Dwellers Village, a deli lunch and tour of the Flagstaff metro center.
Distances are close estimates from TheWoodShedAZ!™ DesertMasters™Lodge location itself, 13 miles due East of the top of Mt. Elder in East Flagstaff. The lodge is located approximately six miles S.E. of Sunset Crater National Monument and 1 mile directly due west of Merriam Crater. The lodge is in the volcano fields at 5,750 feet elevation. The lodge overlooks the Little Colorado River, Hopi and Navaho Nations.
