The foundation is a non-profit corporation and has applied for the IRC 501 (c) (3) tax status; approval is pending specific actions and commitments being made by the principals. The entire charter and organizational documentation package to participate professionally in this with executive engagement contracting to recruit and enable the scientific minds required to implement the full width and breadth of this foundation is being lodged on line, for convenience to all parties who are involved and those who are coming in. This is being done via the Millennium III Media Communications Corporate waterfall of protocols in the ACTIVITIES menu on line at www.thewoodshedaz.com, at this time, in preparation for full facilitation of these measures with O.U.R.-Leave a Legacy™ full scale launch, for the State of Arizona and then, the world.
