Phase one puts in place the necessary contours and materials and pioneer plants to sequester an enormous amount of water and a resulting biomass to match.  Mixed orchards of fruited and nut species along with forage crops and edibles set free will attract and hold wildlife. This site as the grounds grow the Riparian zones, becomes a calving area for deer and antelope and nesting site and refuge for a wide range of bird species.

Grouse, Quail Pheasant, Chukars, Doves, Ducks, Geese Game hens, etc. It will also attract every predator in the area.  By establishing at least one High Camp per acre the predation will be some what mitigated by the presence of humans and certainly part of the nature show that is the attraction.
In the long term fruits, nuts and berries are supplied to new areas around the State as seed stock. They include: Oaks and acorns of at least 15 different types, Hazelnuts, Chestnuts, Walnuts, Filberts, Filazels, Apricots, Peaches, Pears, Plums, Apples, Cherries. Additionally, we add a well and pipe system to the above as an ancillary equipment list and livestock and permanent staff/student apprentices to service the “High Camps”.
